With major hits like ‘Hurricane’, ‘Beautiful Crazy’ and ‘She Got The Best of Me’; Luke Combs continues to impress us as a country music superstar.

Combs appeared on The Grand Ole Opry stage for the 16th time on June 11th. His two-song set was soon interrupted by Chris Janson, Craig Morgan and John Conlee when they had a very exciting question to ask the country music star.

“How would you like to be the next member of the Grand Ole Opry?” Janson and Morgan asked in unison with Conlee standing next to them. A tearful Combs was lost for words and hugged the three men as they walked off stage. “Holy cow! Are you serious?” Combs asked. “OK. ‘Cause if you’re not serious, that’d be really mean.” Combs struggled through emotions as he continued to finish the rest of his set.

“We’ve loved every minute of his Opry visits and are thrilled to invite him to become an official part of the Opry family.”, said Opry general manager Sally Williams. “Luke’s heart is filled with love and genuine appreciation for the Opry, and we are excited this will be his musical home throughout what will no doubt be a long and rewarding career full of great music.”

We wish Combs nothing but continued success throughout the rest of his career! We can’t wait to hear what music he comes out with next!
