BRAD PAISLEY confirmed that tonight’s CMA’s will pay tribute to the victims and survivors of the Route 91 Festival. It would have been awkward to completely ignore it. Little Big Town, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean will just be some of the performers for the opening song, which from what insiders are telling us, DO NOT MISS IT!
“It’s very important to use this show as a vehicle to uplift our community and our industry. No one wants an entire show that’s negative or dark that wouldn’t be doing a service to what happened, according to Brad.
“The best thing we can do is acknowledge it, pay our respects, and then perform this music and use this music for what it’s best at, which is unifying and giving us joy and finding the light here. I think that’s really what we want to do ”
Sounds to me like Brad is also saying you’re still going to get the same kind of show that he and CARRIE UNDERWOOD have been delivering year after year for the last 10 years and that definitely means they’re planning to “bring the funny.” which they do every year!
